There is one more round left in the regular season. Incredibly, five teams are still alive for the final three spots. Chapala, Memfrica, FMAC and Frayser all have clinched playoff spots. 

As far as those battling it out for the last 3 spots, jarose is sitting in 5th on 46 points. Beerguts and WAGS are at 6th and 7th, the final two spots, tied with 44 points. Stevie G is also on 44 points but sits in 8th due to Beerguts' having the first tiebreaker of goals scored over both WAGS and Stevie G. WAGS holds the 7th spot over Stevie G by virtue of the second tiebreaker which is assists. Both WAGS and Stevie G have scored the same amount of goals (30), but WAGS has rung up 4 more assists than Stevie G. Finally, Derecho sits on 41 points in 9th place still mathematically alive. I won't go into all the permutations, but just check out the updated table cross-referenced with this weeks list of fixtures and you will be able to figure it out.

Meanwhile, Chapala has added another piece of silverware to its bursting trophy case by claiming its first Coppa di Walt by defeating holders FMAC 68-51 over 4 legs. Chapala has already lifted the Suicide Cup as well as the Supporters Shield. 

What's even more impressive is that Chapala is still alive in the fantasyleague.com's Champions League by virtue of a 19-17 Round of 128 victory over Spade Nose. Chapala moves into unchartered territory for a Walt League team in facing Dier Straits of the Sons of Big Dogs league in the Round of 64. Dier Straits is currently sitting 7th in its domestic league. Might Chapala see a path to the Round of 32? SIX GAMES AWAY!

A side note, the Sons of Big Dogs top team is named For Fuchs Sake. Brilliant.
