Semifinal, 2nd leg scores; Quarterfinal, 2nd leg resumes tomorrow

Here are the semifinal scores after both completed legs. The 2nd leg of the quarterfinals will resume on Tuesday  and run through Wednesday. After those games, the quarterfinals will be complete. The semifinal matchups will then be known with the results already completed. The finalists will be known Wednesday night. The lineups teams used in the 2nd leg of the quarterfinals will be used for these next two days.

Semifinals, 1st Leg Recap; Transfer window tonight

Although we do not know the semifinal matchups until the quarterfinals are done May 1 and 2, we are still keeping track of the scores. The 1st leg provisional scores are below. The 2nd leg is this weekend. The quarterfinal 2nd leg will be completed on Tuesday and Wednesday, After that, we will know who won the quarterfinal matchups, then we will know who plays whom in the semis and subsequently who won those matchups. The finals participants will then be known. 2nd Leg, Quarterfinals Provisional Scoring; Semifinals 1st Leg

The 1st leg of the semifinals begins tomorrow. However, we don't know who the 4 teams are that will be competing as the quarterfinals are not over. See, the FA Cup had its semis last weekend which knocked a total of 8 Premier League teams out of regularly-scheduled league play. These games will be made up on Tuesday, May 1 and Wednesday, May 2. Both legs of the semifinals will have been completed at that point. So, the plan is for all 8 quarterfinalists to set their rosters as if they won their quarterfinal matchups and progressed to the semifinal round. Once the make-up games are completed, then we will know which 4 teams advanced out of the quarterfinal round, the semifinal matchups, then of course, who won the two semifinal matchups. The finalists will then emerge. I do wish there were an easier way, but I, as Chairman, am only so influential.

Having said all that, there will be a transfer window tonight closing at 10 pm CDT. Please set your lineups as if you have won your quarterfinal matchup. I HAVE RECORDED YOUR QUARTERFINAL, 2ND LEG STARTING XI. ON MAY 1 and MAY 2, I WILL SCORE THE REMAINING FIXTURES OF THE QUARTERFINALS, 2ND LEG ACCORDINGLY.

PLAYOFFS: Quarterfinals, 1st Leg

The 1st leg of the quarterfinals is in the books. Results and tiebreaking status are listed below. The 2nd leg begins this weekend, but due to FA Cup fixtures, the quarterfinal, 2nd leg will not be completed until after both semifinal legs. Transfer window will close on Friday at 10 pm CDT as usual. Please note that the starting eleven that you choose at the beginning of this 2nd leg (this weekend) will be the same eleven that will finish the 2nd leg (May 1 and May 2), even if you transfer players in and out for the semifinal legs.

FMAC and Stevie G advance to the quarterfinals of the playoffs. The quarterfinals 1st leg begins tomorrow (Monday). There will be a transfer window open until 10 PM CDT tonight. Get your bids in and make your adjustments. The draw is below. Security will be tighter than usual for the BIFA/FMAC derby as controversy has already struck these playoffs regarding scheduling for the 2nd leg of the quarterfinals. Although, the bad blood has been tempered a bit with both clubs' chairmen having acknowledged the miracle of the Lord's Resurrection. Perhaps peace will prevail.
